4. Product Information and Pricing
4.1 Although We endeavour to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate, the Platform Operator does not guarantee that such information is error-free. Users are encouraged to notify the Seller of any discrepancies.
4.2 Unless otherwise stated, all financial transactions are processed in EUR. Prices may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout will apply to your order.
4.3 Product availability depends on the Seller's stock and supply chain. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if Products are unavailable.
4.4 In the event of an obvious pricing error, the Platform Operator reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the User.
5. Orders and Payments
5.1 Orders placed through the Website are subject to confirmation by the Seller. If an order cannot be fulfilled, We reserve the right to cancel it and issue a full refund.
5.2 Payments are processed securely through the Platform Operator's platform. By completing a transaction, you confirm that the payment method belongs to you and that sufficient funds are available.
5.3 By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the Product or Products from the Seller under these Terms. The ordering process allows you to review and correct errors before submission.
5.4 By submitting an order and providing your payment information, you authorise Us to charge your chosen payment method for the full order amount, including the price of the Products, taxes and applicable delivery charges.
5.5 By providing payment method information and initiating a transaction, you expressly authorise Us to process the charge.
5.6 If a payment attempt fails due to insufficient funds, an expired card or another reason, whether for an initial purchase, subscription fee, upsell or additional offer, you authorise Us to retry the charge automatically using the same payment method.
5.7 These retry attempts may be made at Our discretion within a reasonable period not exceeding 30 calendar days from the date of the original failed transaction. We are not responsible for overdraft or excess-limit fees charged by your financial institution as a result of these attempts.
5.8 If a payment for an upsell or additional offer is successfully recovered, you acknowledge that the corresponding Product or service may be processed, fulfilled and delivered separately from your original order.
5.9 If all payment attempts fail within the 30-day period, We may, at Our discretion:
- Cancel the specific order, subscription or item connected with the failed charge; or
- Place the entire order, including paid items, on hold until a valid payment method is provided and the outstanding charge is successfully processed.
5.10 Once you have placed an order, you will receive an automatic email confirming that We have received it. This email does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
5.11 Acceptance of your offer and the formation of a binding contract between You and Us occur only when a separate email confirms successful payment. The contract of sale between You and the Seller is formed when the Product is dispatched. The contract covers only those Products confirmed in the shipping confirmation email.
5.12 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at Our discretion, particularly where fraudulent, unauthorised or unlawful activity is suspected. If an order is cancelled, you will be notified and any payments already made will be refunded.
6. Subscription Services
6.1 Subscription services offered by the Platform Operator are available only to Users who meet the eligibility criteria, including age and geographical restrictions. Users must be at least 18 years old and reside in countries where these services are permitted. Subscriptions are personal and cannot be assigned or transferred without Our written consent.
6.2 Subscription benefits, including discounts, promotions and special offers, are described on the Website. The Platform Operator may change these benefits at its discretion. Changes apply to future subscription orders, including ongoing subscriptions.
6.3 Subscriptions automatically generate new orders according to the delivery schedule selected by the User until cancelled. The Platform Operator may change the schedule or terminate subscriptions where Users have only been charged for orders already dispatched.
6.4 Subscription benefits apply only to Products specifically designated as eligible for subscription services. Users should verify eligibility before placing an order. Subscriptions remain valid while stock lasts, and certain promotions or discounts may apply only during specified periods.
6.5 The total cost charged for each subscription order includes the Product price at the time of processing, applicable subscription discounts, taxes and delivery charges. Payment is automatically taken from the payment method provided during subscription registration. If the original payment method fails, Users authorise the Platform Operator to charge any alternative payment method linked to their account.
6.6 You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer service. To avoid being charged for the next scheduled order, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date. If you cancel after this deadline, cancellation will take effect after the upcoming order has been processed.
6.7 The Platform Operator reserves the right to change subscription terms, benefits, prices or eligibility. Continued participation following a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a User does not agree, they must cancel the subscription.
6.8 In the event of a material subscription change, such as a price increase, We will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. You will have the opportunity to cancel before the new Terms take effect. Continuing your subscription after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
6.9 Subscription services may be invalid where prohibited by law. The Platform Operator may terminate or refuse subscriptions at its discretion. Users remain responsible for charges on orders processed before cancellation or termination.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after placement. Delivery time depends on the destination and normally takes 2–14 working days. These are estimated time frames and may vary. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
7.2 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Your shipment can be tracked using that link.
7.3 Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. The User is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may be imposed by the destination country.
7.4 You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If a parcel is returned to the Seller or lost because of an incorrect address supplied by you, We reserve the right to charge additional delivery and handling costs for resending the order.
7.5 Delays arising from the Seller's delivery arrangements, courier operations, customs procedures or other third-party factors are outside Our control.
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1 You have the right to cancel an order within one hour of placing it, provided the order has not been dispatched before the cancellation request is processed. Orders are processed immediately, so cancellation requests are time-sensitive.
8.2 Subject to the eligibility conditions in Section 8.3, the User may return a Product for a refund for any reason within 30 calendar days from the Product's delivery date.
8.3 To qualify for a refund, all returned Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in a new and resaleable condition.
8.3.1 If one Product was purchased, it must be returned completely unopened.
8.3.2 If several Products were purchased in a single order, refunds will only be issued for units returned completely unopened.
8.3.3 Opened or used packages are expressly ineligible for refunds under this 30-day policy.
8.4 To initiate a return for a refund under Section 8.2, the User must follow the procedure below.
8.4.1 The User must arrange and purchase a return shipping label from a courier of their choice.
8.4.2 The User must send the eligible Product or Products to the designated return address.
8.4.3 Failure to return a Product to the correct designated address makes the return ineligible for a refund.
8.4.4 After dispatching the return, the User must complete the official return form available through the Website's Help Centre.
8.4.5 The User must provide all required information, including the tracking number, original order ID and Product details.
8.5 All costs and fees associated with returns, including postage and handling, are the sole responsibility of the User. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Original delivery charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service as proof of shipment. We accept no liability for Products lost or damaged in return transit.
8.5.1 Refused Deliveries and Unauthorised Returns
If a User refuses delivery without following the authorised return procedure described in Sections 8.4 to 8.5, the Company reserves the right to treat that refusal as an unauthorised return.
Users must accept delivery of the parcel and follow the official return procedure, including submitting the required return form and sending the Product to the designated address.
Where delivery is refused and the parcel is subsequently returned by a courier, customs authority or other third party, the Company reserves the right to deduct a handling fee of up to €30 from the refund amount to cover return shipping, courier penalties, warehouse management and administrative costs.
Refunds relating to refused deliveries will be processed only after the returned parcel has been successfully received and inspected. No refund will be due where the shipment is lost, abandoned, destroyed or not successfully returned to the Company.
The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds for shipments rejected in breach of the procedures in Sections 8.4 to 8.5, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8.6 Upon receipt at the designated facility, the Seller's team will inspect returned Products to verify compliance with the conditions in Section 8.3. This inspection normally takes 7–14 working days.
8.7 Following successful inspection and approval of the return, a refund will be processed to the User's original payment method within 5–20 working days.
8.8 Products received in a broken or defective condition, or which become defective during the guarantee period, are not eligible for refunds under the 30-day policy in Section 8.2. Such Products may qualify for replacement.
8.8.1 To request a replacement, the User must contact Us using the email address specified in the Contact Information section.
8.8.2 The User must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect and a detailed explanation of the problem.
8.8.3 After reviewing and approving the evidence, We will arrange for a replacement Product to be dispatched to the User.
8.9 No refunds are provided for outlet goods or Products purchased at a reduced price.
8.10 If a purchase was made using a gift voucher, any applicable refund will be issued as a new gift voucher.
8.11 Products returned without meeting the eligibility requirements, including opened Products, items returned after the 30-day period, or Products sent to an incorrect address, are ineligible for refund. Such items may be disposed of or returned to the User upon request at the User's expense.
8.12 Practical information needed to process returns, including designated return addresses, is provided in Section 14. Official contact methods for enquiries and claims relating to these Terms are also provided there.
